Training for Wellness Walk Cardiff

Wellness Walk isn’t about being first across the finish line; this is a friendly, non-competitive walk. You’ll come together with like-minded people from the diabetes community, all prioritising wellness, at the same time as raising funds to support those affected by diabetes.

Check out our training resources here.
