Making a Difference

Five million people in the UK live with diabetes. This is twice as many as 20 years ago.

Diabetes UK has invested over £20 million in new diabetes research in 2023 and we have over 100 research projects on the go at any one time.

We know a new future for people living with and at risk of diabetes is within our reach, and we can shape that future.

But we can’t do it without your help. The money you raise could help enable scientific breakthroughs that will bring us closer to a cure for diabetes.
